Do Not take your young child to this location. The Phlebotomist was very very unprofessional... When checking in the IPad locked up and she was very rude and acted like we were bothering her when asking for help. I was informed I was not wearing my mast correctly by her but, when we went through the door to meet with the receptionist she did not have her mask on at all and then proceeded to show the receptionist a Facebook post on her personal cell phone. My grandson is 5 years old and was not happy like most children when getting a needle. She took her sweet time in getting everything ready. His mother and I were holding him and he was putting up a fight. Once she approached and he started to squirm and put up a fight. She said she would not take his blood for testing. She never even gave us a chance to get him secured. What child does not squirm and resist when getting blood drawn. The Phlebotomist was very unprofessional from the time we walked into the office. I have worked in the medical profession for over 25 years, this was unacceptable.
