Wow.. the aftermath of firing almost 300 employees.. I'm just floored at what I witnessed today in the Charlton ER.. I feel for the employees as well as the patients. Never in my life have I seen such a farce at my local hospital of choice. And never have I had to sign myself out.. it was absolutely freezing in the waiting room.. 🥶 overloaded with sick patients, barf bags, Confrontations and security having to be called multiple times.. 😞 hope they can get a handle on this.. its completely out of control & scary. The tension was so high 🙏🏼
