This company has already been in trouble with the State of Nevada and the CDC of incorrect procedures. My daughter had an endoscopy and we got a certified letter which said that the procedure was done incorrectly, putting her at risk for Aids, Hep C and other diseases. They changed their name....The State can validate this!!!! AVOID THEM.

The doctor was not truthful with the cost. My pathology bill was not covered as he promised. I found this out when the lab tried to initiate collections for a bill not paid by the facility. I should of listened to my friends and stayed away from those Indian doctors. Why are doctors not held accountable for their moral turpitude and dishonest. I was warned of this doctors practices and did not listen. I will not be returning as a patient. I will not refer friends or families.

I arranged to pick up my medical records from 2009. None of the staff knew me, which is expected after almost 3 years. Not when I ordered the copies nor when I picked up my records, was I asked to show identification! This is unfathomable, and it seems, it is a serious violation of privacy. Imagine, I could have gone in and gotten copies of YOUR medical records. The reason that I'm changing doctors is due to billing errors in 2009 that were fairly ridiculous. My next exam will be with a different office despite that I was satisfied with the physician.

I had colonoscopy on 3/14/13 by Dr. Frank Faris compare to two previous colonoscopies by far this experience in every aspects was the best . I sincerely thank Dr. Frank Faris and staff of Elite Endoscopy Center , namely Robyn-RN ,Catherine-Tech, Susie-RN , Karen-Sleep nurse,Ana-Tech . Thanks again ...

I had been to my primary doc which referred me to the GI doc that set me up for the procedure. After a day on clear liquids then the bowel prep and not sleeping well, I was called back to the staging area and my ride was told that he could leave and they would call when I was ready to leave. The anesthesiologist came to my bed side and starting drilling me about my medical history and I tried to tell her that no one had gone over the results of a prior medical test with me although I had seen my primary doc and the GI doc since the test and the still lined me up for the procedure. She had me near tears, she was soooo rude and unprofessional that I wanted nothing more than to get up and leave. But I was weak not thinking clear and my ride had already left. I was left in a comprised position.. .then after procedure the doc come over to me and said that I had a large mass in my colon and would need to have surgery.....then walked away. It has been a very long 2 + weeks of waiting and not knowing anything else. Everyone that I have spoken to has received photos and much more explanation of procedure and findings.
