I just received a bill from them about three weeks ago and even though they have a contract with the insurance company they insist on harassing me for payment. The insurance company says I am not responsible but they won't relent and reconcile the bill. They have been nothing but argumentative and abusive to me. This has become a second job trying to get them to fix their mistake. They only care about collecting money not doing the right thing or being professional.BILLING DEPT IS A MESS THEY ARE BASED IN INDIA AND THE DONT SEND THEIR CLAIMS ON TIME TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WHEN THEY CLIAM IS NOT PAID BECUZ OF THEY DELAY THEN THEY SEND YOU A BILL STATING ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.DOSHI DO YOU HOMEWORKS WELL.!!!!!!!
