My wife arrived at this facility for a breast MRI at around 10:30 AM. The MRI offices are on the second floor and the elevator was inoperative. My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and uses a walker. She could not climb the stairs and had to wait on the first level for a more than 15 minutes before she could get two smokers to let staff know she was there and needed help. Finally, the staff carried her light weight walker up the steps and steadied her while going up the steps. This caused a spike in the pain my wife lives with every day. While the staff was helpful and courteous, it did not make up for the pain and potentially fatal fall she may have suffered while navigating the stairs at this facility. My wife was told that the building's owner, Dr. Don Harvey, had been called several times earlier in the day to try and get the elevator serviced, but he did not return any calls. This was an extraordinarily negligent way to run a diagnostic center and I would not recommend it to anyone with a disability. Price and payents not included. May undate when insurance statement is received.
