As someone who works in the medical community as well, I was hoping to come in and get my scans done easily, and professionaly, and efficiatly...yeah, so NOT the case. The whole staff had there backs turned to me as I walked in the door. Then they handed me the clipboard while looking at the cell phone! Then when I went to the back to get changed over (luckily I have had scans done before) I was ignored and not talked through any of the steps! I baisically took charged changed myself in the gown that I found on my own and then when someone realized I was sitting in the lobby in the back they asked me what I was there for? I already at this point was frustrated. When I was taken back to do the scans the tech was ok at first, kinda surprised, but when I tried pushing the button to get me out of the machine because my back (one of the reasons I was getting the scan) was burning and losing circulation- he basically told me to wait it out I had 14 minutes left. I came out of the machine crying I was in SO much pain. He then had the nerve to tell me " why didn't you say anything" I proceeded to say " I did!!" he then said " oh, you know your right" the whole visit was a disaster. The ONLY plus side to the visit was the XRAY tech. He was FAST, GENTLE, KNOWLAGEABLE and was willing to work with my injury I had and he didn't force me into a position I couldn't handle. The facility looks pretty but appearances can be deceiving. The service was awful almost like students in school were interning and hadn't leaned how to talk and care professionally yet. The Staff al but one (x ray) were rude and unprofessional. be warned.
