Made me pay a $500 deductible a weeke before my procedure. Then they didn’t bill until after all the doctors so I had to pay out the $500 again in fees to the physicians as they did not submit their bill to BCBS for over 6 weeks. Meanwhile the physicians did and I had to pay them since it did not show my deductible was paid. Now they owe me the money I had already paid them! The faculty was like a junk closet. There was crap everywhere like a storage room and the OR room we were in was a cramped space. The nurse at the end forgot to give me my pain prescriptions and also gave me the incorrect discharge instructions. I had a spinal cord stimulator generator replaced in my back and they gave me discharge instructions for an epidural steroid injection! I was a bit woozy at the time so I didn’t notice until I got home. Called them for the pain prescription but was told to call my MD. I did but the on call MD would not write for a narcotic or even Tramadol since they didn’t see me. I suffered all night until the next day when I could reach my doctor. I will NEVER go back there again!
