I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Creekside. They were not upfront with me about the cost of the surgery even though I had several conversations with the billing department prior to the procedure. They did not fully disclose the costs and I had to pay an extra $500 on top of the $1150 I had already paid them. When I tried to talk to them they were short with me and very condescending. I would NOT recommend Creekside to anyone! This facility is not transparent about costs and I would not have gone there is I had known how EXORBITANT they are!!

Creekside was extremely informative during the billing process. I had Sinus Surgery in April 2012 and this facility and was informed from the beginning that I could expect to receive/make payments to the surgeon (ENT), the facility (Creekside), and my anesthiologists. With that being said I strongly believe it is the patient's responsibility to proactively educate themselves on the surgery details and billing information. I confirmed before my surgery that Creekside was out... read more of network. Receiving treatment out of network can be EXTREMELY costly, but Creekside agreed before hand that they would honor my in network benefits. After my claims were processed I followed up with the surgery center to ensure I wasn't "balance billed" for the amount not covered due to being out of network. Additionally, the nurse staff and arrangements were great. I was extremely comfortable while staying there and was provided ice chips and ginger ale after my surgery. I loved my nurses. They were funny and helped ease my nerves about going under anesthesia for the first time. I would choose Creekside again for any of my outpatient surgery needs.
