First, the front desk staff repeatedly announced first and last names which is a HIPAA violation. Second, the radiology tech poked my back several times when trying to readjust my position on the table rather than moving the camera. I told the tech several times that I was there for an x-ray due to a back injury. Also, the tech kept repeating the same questions over and over again despite the fact that I answered each one. All of the staff need to be trained on customer service. Their behavior just begs for a lawsuit.
