I had eye surgery at the Chesterfield Surgery Center in June. They required the full amount of payment before surgery despite having assurances from my benefits department that the claim would be paid in full. I paid $1620.00 to have the surgery and when the claim was filed, they neglected to say that I had made a payment. The insurance company sent the check in the amount of $1620.00. Never again will I ever have surgery at this place. God only knows when my HSA will be reimbursed.
