I have had two steroidal epidurals in my spine. The staff are very nice, courteous and helpful. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The facility was very clean and organized. I was in and out very quickly. My over all experience was great.Not a single complaint. I highly recommend this facility.

if you are in an auto accident they absolutely will not take any type of insurance but they don't tell you that until you are prepped for your procedure

BEWARE!!! Money Hungry price gougers. I used to like this place…as much as one could like a place for a medical procedure anyway but since Banner became the majority owner, I’ve been very disappointed and flat out disgusted by the price gouging. This was my fifth procedure here. I have a high deductible plan so my portion due has never been small but it HAD always been the same until my most recent procedure when they increased the cost by 469%. For the same procedure, they previously billed $2,000 but now that Banner came in for the same exact procedure they billed $11,389 and that is JUST the facility fee. The doctor and anesthesia are separate bills. Prior to my procedure I tried to contact the billing department but they wouldn’t give me the direct number and told me they would have them call me but no one ever called me back. The day of the procedure I asked to do a payment plan and while they agreed I had to pay 50% up front. Then they messed up my plan. I got the revised payment plan about a week later and they are STILL charging me more than the amount on the payment plan. Just save yourself the headache and hassle and find another facility.
