First experience with a healthcare facility where the front desk personnel were so rude and unprofessional. My appt was in the morning and I hadn't been able to eat anything all morning and there was a strong food smell, particularly onions maybe a burger odor. Employees using bad language that could be overheard by waiting area patients. I would rather pay a higher price and get treated with respect and courtesy than getting a cheaper rate. Felt like I was a Ben Taub Hospital.
