Worst billing department ever. I had my procedure in July and it October and I’m still waiting for a $1000 reimbursement that I overpaid because they made me satisfy my entire deductible up front. You pay up front and then they never reimburse you back. I’ve spoken to 4-5 people and no one can seem to send me a reimbursement check. Shame on you for doing this to patients. I will tell everyone I know to not use this center due to your poor billing staff customer service.
