I had an Mri done today 6/8/2012 at 1pm it was scheduled at 2pm but they had called me in early which I thought was great! I get there and fill out the paperwork when I ask the lady at the front desk to make sure I get a copy of the disc which Dr. asked me and put in the order that I take with me. The lady at the desk tells me the disc is broken. So I call my doctor office and they tell me that I MUST have the disc. So I tell the lady that I will have to go somewhere else to get the MRI done. She goes and talks to someone in back about this and comes back to me and tells me its fixed! So I get the MRI DONE AND 5 MINUTES LATER AFTER I GOT THE MRI COMPLETE THEY TELL ME THAT THE DISC IS BROKEN THAT THEY CANT MAKE ME A DISC AND THAT THEY WILL MAIL IT TO ME!!! I am so furious about this! I cant make my appointment with my Dr now until I have the disc in my hands!! This was wrong what homestead diagnostic did to me just for MONEY! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN FOR LYING TO ME ABOUT THIS! SOMEONE GET ME MY DISC ASAP!!!

I should have read the reviews prior to making the apmt. On 3/17/21 I had a ct-scan per my doc, to see if there was still a lung nodule was present due to finding one on a ct-scan in Feb, 2019 by Baptist Imaging. My doc got the results a few days later saying no mention of the nodule. I called several times requesting for them to review the imaging again to submit a complete result, per my doctor's ct-scan orders. After a few month after them & not calling back, all they could ask is for the copies of the prior ct-scan with Baptist, to compare. I gave them written approval June 2021, for them to obtain the imaging from Baptist. I have called several times for follow up. Was told they will review & call me back. I am still waiting. I call this place "a solar". A unprofessional business. Not caring. If I could give them "0" stars for this review, I would. ----Never again I will set foot in this place or recommended to anyone. -------
