A couple of weeks ago, I got sick with a 103.5 fever and did not know where to go since the reviews at Los Alamitos Medical Center are very low. My only choice was the Hospital that I always go to in Pasadena, due to the distance and that I was feeling miserable with the fever I decided to give a try to Los Alamitos Hospital knowing all the complaints and low feedback from previous patients. Anyhow, upon my arrival the waiting time was not too bad considering being at the ER, all the staff was very professional, especially the ER Physician. Due to my illness, I was admitted to the Hospital, from there the transport staff and radiology team, Physicians, and Infectious disease Dr. were outstanding, Upon arriving at my room "148" the room was clean, and one of the nurses who took care of my health " LAURA RODRIGUEZ" was very professional, great customer service skills, she was D best nurser that I ever had. Polite, outstanding, and caring not only for me as a patient but also for another patient across from my room. Administration department, overall my stay at Los Alamitos Medical Center was superb thanks to the RN LAURA RODRIGUEZ. Hopefully, she can be recognized for her effort to take good care of her patients. Overall the quality of service at the Hospital is outstanding
