I have been struggling with this company and its associated cosmetic surgery "institutions" for 3 MONTHS!!! I had a procedure scheduled and backed a month ahead of the deadline and was supposed to receive my refund within 3weeks and its been 3 MONTHS ...I call basically everyday and a girl named Mercedes has been giving me the run around as the "manager" of the refund dept. This place is DESPICABLE!!! If I lived in MIAMI it would be another story but I live in Tampa. This company should be investigated, bled dry of all its funds, and shut down!!!

My Vanity Nightmare! I had liposuction with Doctor Osak Omulepu in mid May of this year. He and Vanity (or Vanidades) had promised to a thigh liposuction. An hour before surgery Dr. Omulepu informed me that he would only be doing my abdomen, flanks and bra line, that he would not be doing my thighs. No reason was given as to why he would not be performing the procedure as initially promised. A half a day later I ended up in the ER. Not once, until ER and ICU doctors saved my life did Dr. Omulepu come to my aid. He was busy performing procedures and ur was in "his professional opinion" that I should leave the hospital and see him at 7 AM the next morning. The ER doctor said that was ludicrous and thus I received two units of blood and plasma. I paid $3500 for the procedure. $500 was supposed to go towards my thighs. My father and I ended up fighting with Vanity and Claudia Puentes (Customer Service Manager) for the $500 for services not rendered. Initially I was promised to have my key back within 5-7 days. Not true! It took more than 2 weeks. Dr. Ismael Labrador is the founder and CEO, being that he's the one who makes the decisions, he does not honor his refund policy. I'm not surprised, he has disciplinary action in the past. 1.) Using unlicensed persons to inject fillers and 2.) hiring an unlicensed physician to perform vaginal rejuvenation. Don't believe me, here's the report: https://appsmqa.doh.state.fl.us/FinalOrderNet/folistbrowse.aspx?LicId=89853&ProCde=1501&discpln=BA&action=PROFILING Please do not use Vanity. The prices may seem incredible but your life is worth more than saving a few thousand dollars. Vanity does the following 10 things: 1.) They do not allow you to pay with credit card with the excuse that their credit card machine is broken. They make you pay in cash or wire money. 2.) They break their contract but expect you to follow through. They'll tell you they will perform a lipo on a specific area and not honor it. 3.) The women who put on the girdles or fajas after surgery call the patients whiners and idiots in Spanish. 4.) Blood transfusions after a lipo are rare. Not my words but board certified doctors I have spoken to. Blood transfusions seem to be the norm at Vanity. 5.) The staff gives you the run around on labs. 6.) Some of the doctors at Vanity are NOT board certified. Check before proceeding. 7.) The staff will schedule you at a set time and still make you wait hours, even if you're punctual. 8.) The staff uses Fabuloso and Clorox spray to disinfect. 9.) Their spelling sucks. Cynthia Puentes wrote to letting me know she's the Costomer Service Manager. My invoice said they'd be doing my bylateral thighs. Let's try customer and bilateral. Geez! 10.) The doctors and staff are money hungry. Once they have your funds, they could care less of one's wellbeing.
