Service was great, but they require pre-payment of expected co-pay (which is explicitly prohibited by my insurance policy,) and, with two procedures, they overcharged on the co-pay by more than $1700. They have been sitting on the overpayment for almost two months, and have received insurance payments for 6 weeks and a month, respectively. They have not refunded the overpayment as of yet. I had told them that I should have met or be very close to meeting my co-pay/out-of-pocket limit after the first procedure, and to be SURE to re-check with the insurance before the second procedure. If they had re-checked, there would have been NO out-of-pocket on the second one. When I call the business office to find out what's happened to my money that they are holding, all I get is an answering machine. Had they not sat on the refund of overpayment, and been very non-responsive to requests about it, they would have a 4 or 5 star rating from me.
