I would definitely use this facility in the future for any procedures I may need. However, I was not told anything about cost and/or my co-payment (which was quite significant) until two days before the procedure - and it had to be paid in full. I had known the date of my procedure for 4 weeks; waiting 2 days before was very difficult financially. But, the place is excellent - professional staff, very clean, and respected each patient's privacy.
