I called several times and the girl on the phone gave me different prices that were not accurate and didn't confirm what I needed When I got there they wanted to charge me twice as the price quoted me. Receptionist was unhelpful and missleading.

I would never recommend this facility to any of my friends or family members. The waiting room inside is disgusting. It's in a nutshell, very primitive.

I just had a CT scan done at Dadeland MRI & CT and I have to say the staff is very friendly, thorough, and quick. The facility was very clean, and smelled fresh from the moment you walked in and throughout the facility. It was easy to get an appointment and they bared with me when I had to reschedule several times. The front desk girl greeted and attended me instantly with a smile and the technician conducting my tests explained every question I had in detail and patiently. After the testing was done I got my CD back with the images within 5-10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family, and it was actually recommended to me by my parents.

I went to Dadeland MRI & CT to have a brain MRI done on 7/19. It was a very short notice for a stroke scare, and even though I had to wait a bit, they squeezed me right in - which was great considering it was a Friday. The entire staff was very friendly, explained to me what the process was going to be like, and showed genuine concern and care. They have coffee in the waiting room and snacks to munch on, so that kept me satisfied during the wait. I'm a bit of a techie, and the MRI machine was fascinating, the equipment was modern, clean, and clearly maintained. The dressing rooms and lockers were clean. Regarding the procedure, it was explained to me that I had to lie completely still to get clear images, which was probably the toughest part for me, as each time I swallowed I felt like my head was going to move out of place and I didn't want to blur the images. When they brought me out momentarily to inject me with the contrast dye, they explained what I was going to feel. The person who injected me took great care with the needle, great hand! This was my first experience there, but my mother had been to the location for an MRI of her leg in early 2013. She was the one who recommended the place to me. Her experience was A+ as well. My PCP received the images that very same Friday via email, and was able to rule out any serious medical condition - so I was able to rest easy during the weekend. I received the detailed interpretation report the next Monday morning confirming what my PCP had interpreted. The service I received was excellent, and I truly recommend the location to anyone in need!
