The receptionist had the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I called the day prior to my appointment to confirm and was give the third degree in order to confirm the appointment, I never received a confirmation call. The suite is not easily identifable and receiving directions was worst than walking around the outside of the facility to access the suite. The parking was fierce I had to park around the block and walk. Needless to say I was ten minutes late. Upon my arrival the greeting was horrible and I was asked if I had drank 32 ounces of water. What? This was a surprise. I was then told - you are late and need to re-schedule. Nevermind you uncaring ...
