I had an endoscopy at this facility. It was "ok", however their billing practices are anything else but fine. They tried to balance bill me although my insurance AND THE ENDOSCOPY CENTER assured me, that everything is fully covered. Keep in mind there was no extras and no complications, that could have caused them to balance bill me several hundred dollars. I requested a detailed itemization of this bill, according to Texas law, to explain the extra charges in writing, but my letter was totally ignored and instead they send me a second bill, like they never received my request (I sent it certified and with return receipt). I had no choice, but to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney-general against them and encourage everybody who has the same problem to do the same.
