Only concerned about money and not the patients care. Billing department can't even do simple math. My account was put in collection even after payment was made in full by my insurance company and my co-payment. Still trying to collect even now, after showing proof of payment...and several of the documents came directly from Northridge Hospital. This hospital is unethical and malicious in billing, refuses to correct their own mistakes. Makes me think to how many other people Northridge Hospital provided poor and/or unnesseccary treatment to in an emergency room situation and then tries to rob you blind with billing errors.
